আমরা Truth Cart-এ সর্বোচ্চ গ্রাহক সন্তুষ্টিকে গুরুত্ব দিই। আপনার কেনাকাটা নিয়ে কোনো সমস্যার সম্মুখীন হলে নিচের নীতিমালা অনুসরণ করে রিটার্ন বা এক্সচেঞ্জ করা যাবে।
✅ যদি Truth Cart-এর পক্ষ থেকে ভুল হয়ে থাকে:

অর্ডারে উল্লিখিত রঙের পরিবর্তে অন্য রঙ দেওয়া হয়েছে (যেমন: লাল চেয়ে নীল পাওয়া),
প্রোডাক্টে কোনো ধরনের ত্রুটি বা ডিফেক্ট রয়েছে,
তাহলে আপনি সম্পূর্ণ বিনামূল্যে রিটার্ন বা এক্সচেঞ্জ করতে পারবেন।
Truth Cart সব খরচ বহন করবে এবং দ্রুত সমস্যার সমাধান করা হবে।
❌ যদি Truth Cart-এর পক্ষ থেকে কোনো ভুল না থাকে:

আপনি প্রোডাক্ট হাতে পাওয়ার পর সেটি আপনার পছন্দ হচ্ছে না,
আপনি ভুল বুঝে অর্ডার করেছেন (যেমন সাইজ, রঙ বা ডিজাইন),
এই ক্ষেত্রে আপনি রিটার্ন বা এক্সচেঞ্জ করতে পারবেন, তবে:
